The chances of anyone surviving a cardiac arrest outside/inside a hospital are 25%. If you have any co-morbidities like prior heart attack, stroke, cancer then your odds go way down. I have just spent the last month doing my ambulatory clinic. Where I would only see up to 8 patients a day and work 9-5. I spent as much time with them and they weren't that sick. So here's what I did. . .Took about a 1lb of boneless skinless chicken breasts chopped into hunks then marinated with 1/2 soy, splash of white vinager, 2 cloves fresh garlic, pepper corns, and diced ginger.
